My wife and I decided to use your services since the vehicles at my work are well maintained by your company. My wife had most of the interaction with your staff. She had nothing but great things to say about the friendliness of everyone from the front office to the mechanics working on her van. The scheduling for service was easy and was kept by your staff unlike some experiences we have had elsewhere. The communication of the issues that needed repair was put into terms that my wife could understand (as she is not a mechanic). Some of the issues only required some adjustments and not part replacements. This allowed us to know that you value our best interest and business over just selling us parts that we didn't need. Thank you for your great work, honesty, and personal touch on our experience with your company. We will certainly continue our relationship with your great business.

Question: Keith, we need a jump, but the bigger problem is the shifter is locked, so we can't push the car out of the lane. Response: Push the shift lever release button by the gear shifter to release the transmission. Learn something new every day. Worked great.

Hey guys, Jeremy from Rossi... I just wanted to say thank you again and it was really nice to meet you all. Truck is running great! Cleaned all connections and put some dielectric grease and a new starter. You have no idea how frustrated I was sharing a car with my wife for three weeks when we both work full time in opposite directions and have kids in school. I was very surprised to see that Van Meter Auto Repair didn't have more reviews. I was traveling through the area and my water pump went out. I was desperate for a quick repair to help me get on the road to my destination in TN and a number of places turned me away. Van Meter was able to fit me in and get me back on the road in a matter of hours. The owner also texted me a couple days later to follow up and make sure that everything was still working out well with my vehicle. Months ago I had a problem with my power steering pump. We took it to Van Meter on a recommendation from our friend. Not only did it not cost me a small fortune, I was expecting to have to replace a pump. Nope!
